This covers the fromHello waitlist site. It's short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect your name, company, and email address. We also log your IP address and browser user-agent to prevent abuse.
How we use it
We use it to email you when early access opens and to send updates about fromHello. Nothing else. We don't sell or share your data for advertising.
Where it's stored
Your details live in a Postgres database (Neon). Confirmation emails are sent through Resend. Both process data on our behalf.
Your choices
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. To have your data deleted, email hello@fromhello.io and we'll remove it.
Self-hosting
fromHello's platform is open source and self-hostable. Run your own instance and your customer data never leaves your infrastructure.
